This data is provided to the Customer requesting the assessment (e.g., a potential or current employer). Data is anonymized 120 days following the end of our agreement with the Customer unless anonymization is requested earlier.

Respondents may voluntarily provide additional demographic information (e.g., age, experience, ethnicity, gender, education level) for research purposes. This information is used internally for analysis and is not shared with Customers.
